Did a quick search but am just about to leave the house so couldn't spend a lot of time on it.
Truck had half tank of fuel in it this morning. Stopped to top it off. Couldn't pump more than a couple of gallons before the pump kept shutting down like the tank was full. I got it up to about 3/4 and gave up.
Any reported issues with this or could it be the fuel pump itself? 2017 F250 Crew Cab short box, 6.2.

I had that problem with a local station. Every pump there failed to fuel up. I went to a different station and it worked fine the first time. No idea what happened.
It could be a nozzle issue, it also could be your vent line is clogged or blocked which will cause the same issue. It has been posted before on forums that spiders make their way inside and created spider webs. Because it doesnt vent, nozzle keeps clicking off.
Could it be a higher flowing pump? Does it shut off if you don’t go full wide open? Some of the stations that big rigs frequent crank up the flow so truckers aren’t waiting forever to fill their 200 gallon plus tanks.

I've pumped at the same pump/same station several times. This morning was the first time this has happened.
It doesn't seem to matter if I slow the flow or not. This station doesn't have enough room to really service large trucks. A gallon or two and I can hear it coming up the filler neck and then the nozzle shuts down.
Maybe it's a variance in the pump? I'll try again later at a different pump and I'll also try the rotate trick that ZAR2 mentioned.

I wonder if a tiny blast of air in the vent hole next to the filler hole would help?
