What year and how do the springs sit unloaded? Maybe tired springs. You could do airbags but don't know of any specific kits so maybe a custom job. These vans are heavy to start with. Is the van loaded inside along with the trailer? Fixing a sagging rear won't help if your overloaded.

If your rear springs are shot, then replace.
