lost electrical

2011 F 150 lost electrical power to everything except headlights and dome light. Installed new battery, no help

Bad ignition switch?
Did you check the big ignition fuses under the hood?

When you say "everything except" do you mean "EVERYTHING except" or something less than "everything"?

The large mega fuses cannot cause your particular set of symptoms. It is critical that you be both precise and concise with reported symptoms.
