Problems with my new 1985 Bronco

Hi,
after my 1985 F250 my Frind in CA buys this 1985 Bronco with 302 EFI Engine for me and take it to his Home in SandDiego before it will be shipped to my Place in Germany.

On his way home he get trouble with the old Lady, he wrote me:

"it was surging a little bit going uphill and exhilarating slowly on the freeway". "and Barely got here it was touch and go the last three or 4 miles. I had to stop on the freeway shut it off and started it again nearest the pedal and it got in fine it’s either fuel delivery or some kind of crazy ignition problem no check engine light"

Did someone knows a realy special Shop in SanDiego were he can take it to get this figure out and repair?

Regards

Torsten

That sounds like a fuel delivery problem to me, I would search for a hot rod shop, or restoration shop in the area. You can also post here: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum163/
and try to find someone from that area.
