HEADERS
Ive been trying to find headers that will fit my 351w in a 68 f100 with no luck .Ive tied hooker 6912-1hk rand 6904-1hkr as well as hedman 89156 none of these fit not even close the hedman are supposed to fit 302 from 68 to 78 f100 any help appreciated

I went through this with my 68 with 351w. Sanderson FF6-P fit perfectly. They are shorties. I have converted to power steering and they clear the larger steering box.
BTW welcome to the forum. This is the first place I go for info and I couldn't have completed my truck without it (although you never really finish a project).

I used Heddman on my 68 351w with the 3 speed and with a c6. You will have to do some tube bending. I did to clear gearbox. Don't remember much for the 3 speed but for the c6. I ground some mat'l off bell housing. I also used a pry bar to bend header a little for clearance.They will run into cross member. all long tubes seem to. I had exhaust shop bend up some straight pipe to clear.
