P0600 "loss of serial communication link" ?!? what the heck?!?!?
p1489 "PCV Heater Control Circuit Fault" THIS ONE I REALLY WANT SOME ADVICE ON FROM YOU GUYS
P1000 "On Board Diagnostic System Readiness Test Not Complete"
p2105 "Throttle Actuator Control System - Forced Engine Shutdown" based on the wording I agree this is what happened to me 5 times while driving today...
P2107 "Throttle Actuator Control Module Processor" THIS ONE I REALLY WANT SOME ADVICE ON FROM YOU GUYS
My description of the symptoms basically matches the codes above... notice a small engine miss 1-2 days ago and it got worse and worse over the next few hundred miles. Got really bad. Then 4-5 times the wrench light on the dash would flash and the gas pedal wouldn't "work" (no increase of engine speed). I turned on the Hazard lights and restarted the engine and then it would work again, although still misfiring...
Fix the PCM and see what remains after clearing the codes.
Thats what I would suggest as well, since a bad ECU could show problems in other parts of the engine/vehicle that dont really have a problem.
I installed a new computer on my 94 E150 thinking It would fix a problem I was having, ended up the new computer was not flashed or was just bad and I had half a dozen different things happening, like exaust odor in the cab, surging at idle, electrical gauge going up and down, obd1 codes for defective smog equipment ended being a bad computer. Put my old one back in and all those issues went away.
The b1342 code is about the ABS, not the engine controls.
About a a year ago I had my codes pulled at the local Ford dealer and this was one of them. This codes accompanied the arrival of my intermittent ABS light on the dash. Apparently this code means the ABS brain is dead. And on a 314,000 mile vehicle; it ain't going to be fixed.
Oh, The description simply said "ECU defective", nothing about the ECU for the ABS system only.
I searched a few of the codes and I found this below, that says code P0600 does show up for a failing ECU, low battery voltage or, a short in the ECU wiring harness.
Have you checked the battery? Sounds like it could be something as simple as a bad cell in the battery or the ECU could be bad or failing.

when the wrench light came on (5 separate times) I immediately turned the engine off and restarted it 10seconds later. It cranked and started normally. So I think the battery is ruled out.
I think this must be related to the recently begun misfires.
Here's what the fancy information the Ford dealer provides for me.
He said this definitively proves I have a bad coil/plug/boot or injector. On cylinder 6.
Time to get my hands dirty and my back sore.
