I am looking at a multi use vehicle. Multi use with these parameters.

1. Use for occasional commuter/work truck (I work as a carpenter).

2. Use for my own small business - handyman, repairs, etc.
(This Transit Connect must at least fit a 6ʻ-8"x3ʻ-0" door)

3. Use for Lyft.

My question is, How does the passenger door:

1. Lock and unlock from the inside? For Lyft, the passenger doors must be able to be locked and unlocked by the passengers in the rear.

2. Is there a door handle for the rear passengers to exit on their own?

3. This particular van has power door locks, like most Fords with power door locks, the doors auto lock when the truck is in motion. Is this true with the Transit Connect?

4. Like most Fords, even if the door is locked, does the Transit Connect door unlock/open when the door handle is activated/pulled?

I plan to look at this Transit Connect, but I need more information before I head out there.

That's a nice looking and reasonably priced vehicle. I can't answer all your questions but I can help a bit. The door do lock automatically and they do open from the inside. I don't know about the back/side doors, but the far back door opens from the inside. For size you can look up the specs and will the information you need. Good luck with your shopping.
