Backspacing and offset

Hey guys and gals, I have a couple questions regarding backspacing and offset. I currently have a leveling kit on my truck (early 99 f250 7.3). Still has the stock rear block as the early 99s had an f350 block from the factory. I have 305/70/16 toyo at's on some 16x10 aluminum wheels. I'm not sure what brand they are, so I can't find any specs on them. The only time these rub is if I'm cutting it all the way left and go over a bump. I'm really not that concerned about them either as I plan on getting new wheels next time I need tires. My main question is this: Is there a certain backspacing and/or offset that I should look for so that I will get a wheel and tire combo that won't rub? Before my current setup, I ran some 315/75/16 on a pro comp 16x8 wheel with the same leveling kit...they rubbed pretty bad on the leaf springs when I would turn left. I'm also considering getting some newer model wheels with spacers and running 35s. Anyone know if that would work? I really want to get back to 35s, the 33s just look kinda goofy with the leveling kit I have, and I love the low rpms the 35s turn on the highway. I also haven't noticed much of a difference of a power loss between the 33s and 35s. Pictures of your wheel, tire, suspension setup would be greatly appreciated!
