40/20/40 buckets

I can hear the groans already.I thought i understood for a minute, long enuff to **** away 700 bucks precisely.

I have a 1995 regular cab,bench seat,I have bought I believe a set of 40/20/40 buckets out of a 95 extended cab.
What is the simplest method of getting these seats in my truck ?
will attempt to attach pics of what I have.

kinda what i figured.
if i were to drill out the rivets that attach the "feet" to the seat frame maybe might not be to hard to make an adapter?
not sure how far off the height might be tho.

The power is what screws you.

If you had manual supercab tracks and a regular cab/crewcab seat pan then it would be "DOABLE". I have done it with putting buckets in a regular cab. No Jerry rigging anything but there was some seat track dissection, welding and drilling that had to be done so there was NO Halfassery done like I have seen time an time again with people "rigging" the supercab or bronco seats in a reg/crew

Well that would HELP but you are still short on some stuff.
The center seat section lower frame is built different on a reg/crew than on a supercab. I forget if it sits too far forward or too far rearward on the supercab setup. But you can modify it to work.

So you are willing to spend $350 for JUST the seat pan and tracks PLUS what ever you spent on the seat?

I guess I should start selling seat pans

What i am tryin to do is figure it out before i spend any more money,I paid with shipping 690 bucks for the seats, didnt really want the console but figured i would use untill i could build one.
Not happy about any of it,I suppose i could try to sell the seats and start over.....not the first time I have screwed the pooch :-)

LOL $690 for seats and to not use 1/4 of them. Then spend another $350 to try and make it right

I am pretty sure you will NOT recover your 690 for the seats. I think you should be happy to get 3-400.( I sell A LOT of these seats and supercab ones are not really wanted, I typically part them out. While reg/crew seats sell for about $400)

Also You should of gotten bucket seats if you wanted a console. That way you would at least had armrests

Have a seat...

Super Cab/Bronco 40-20-40 seats can be mounted [safely] in a regular or crew cab. It is, though, a lot of work. I cut the reinforcement pans (four total) from the floor pan of a 1996 Bronco and, after much meticulous measuring and drilling of holes in my crew cab floor pan, attached the pans to the underside of my crew cab floor. In order to have a power passenger side seat, I had to reverse the switch and rewire the assembly for the reversed orientation. I have two power seats in my 1995 crew cab for about five years - an option Ford never offered!

What did you do about the different contour of the floors?
