I see where Ford has given me 6 months of free Serious Radio. That's about as useful to me as screen doors on a submarine. What I would really like is free GPS updates, because my truck doesn't even know the neighborhood I live in and it's been here four years.
Has anybody updated the GPS data in their 2017 yet?
When I upgraded to v3.0 the maps reloaded, too. I know, because it took them an hour or so through WiFi. I haven’t noticed much difference, though. They’re still a ways out of date.
I have a 2012 F150 and haven't updated since I got it. I think the updates should be free too and refuse to pay to update them. Well other than buying a new truck. lol

How can you have a 2017 Super Duty that's lived there for four (4) years?
Wut? You got AA to run Waze? It only ran gorgle maps when I tried to run it. Waiting for V2
the newest update to waze runs on AA. When the phone is plugged in hit the map icon on the lower left see if it comes up as an option. Version 4.30.0.1 is the newest release. Make sure you have AA installed on your phone.
I've had a boatload of new Ford trucks. I never update. Frankly, I'm trying to swing a deal on a new 2017 F-350 XLT, and I hope the located truck does not have navigation. Garmin has more for the price with free updates. The new models have wifi capability that can update the minute it latches onto wifi in my barn. Hands free, voice activated, etc. Ford can keep their $570 navigation and $200 updates.
