Navigation not getting a signal
i recently bought a ford navi radio for my xlt. The kit i bought came with everything i needed to make xm, gps all work. It came with a splitter to share the xm attenna with the gps. And its a ford spltter. Does anyone know if the radio has to be programmed? I bought it from a guy who added this radio to his xlt. He hasnt had any issues. My truck is a 2011 and mine is a 2015. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks

I am not sure the 2011 set up will work in a 2015. Most 2015's use a 3 component setup where as the 2011 was all within a single case (referred to as a brick).
The 2011 style was used in 2011 and 2012. Ford changed to a different radio setup in 2013 and newer.
