I'm pretty happy with Ironman All Country A/Ts. I'm about a 60/40 highway/gravel-pasture. Good traction in wet grass and mud, Haven't noticed any road noise at all. I have 18 aluminum rims and don't have a bunch of weight on any tire.
As far as balance and vibrations...look for a shop that has a "road force" balance machine. Went through a lot of head banging on a F150 years ago with a vibe problem. Shop I used got a new road force machine and I was their test case. They found one of the tires "heavy" on one edge. Marked it, dismounted, set the tire polar opposite of "heavy" edge of the rim (they spun the rim naked) and took about 1 ounce to balance. Truck was smooth as glass after that.
I run Cooper Discoverer RTX ATs on my E-350 van. They ride nice, are load E, and I don't find them any louder than the michelins highway tires I had on it before. Best part, I don't get stuck in wet grass or light mud with them!! The travel trailer I pulled with them is about 6500-7000lbs, not a single complaint, and they seem to be wearing well. I lost 1.5mpg compared to the smaller highway tire (I went from the 225 stock to 245s), but I'm not surprised considering the increased traction! You already had ATs, so no biggie for you.
