I bought this basket case truck. not getting any dash lights. trying to get engine light so i can try and start it but dash lights are not on. none of them.

 

Are you talking about the cluster elimination lamps?

Okay okay I was recently on this website I can't find it anymore but sky broke it down the solenoid there is fusible links made onto the on the wires they may have cut that and put all of them in the wrong location on the solenoid but it did say that one of those wires is not a permanent feed and it will make your – light not come on and not allow your truck to start or vice versa flashlight if I can find out exactly where it is but I'm 90% sure your problem is right there
