air bag light

I have a 2005 f150 stx, had to have safety inspection and the air bag light stays on all of the time,
the repair shop can not fix it, claims it is the module and ford does not make this anymore, no aftermarket i.e. autozone does not have either,
any sugetstions

Does it blink out a 2 digit code on start up?

There are companies that specialize in airbag module repairs (assuming that is actually the problem).
