What do you guys clean the maf sensor with?

Electronic parts cleaner. The stuff that evaporates leaving no residue.

Brake parts cleaner works well too and leaves no residue.

Thanks for the replies. I thought about carb cleaner but thought it may damage the sensor.

I've done tons of them with Carb-Medic and it doesnt seem to hurt them.

MAF Question

i've been thinking about being proactive & spraying mine before the check engine light comes on. i've got a '97 e150 with the 5.4 engine. i've read here that the maf is located in the air intake. looking at mine, it looks like it might be located just past the air cleaner. is that correct? also, do i need to remove it to spray it, or can i just spray it in place, after disconnecting the housing?
