sweet.... a new, cheaper way to travel!!! I gotta think the box would get kinda stuffy after a while.... and the way some of those shipping companies treat their merchandise --- I'm not sure I'd want to risk my life doing it!
once again our government finds out that there is a flaw in the system somewhere. Hope they watch a little closer....sad to think they could start shipping terrorist over!

In the regulations concerning air frieght, there are guidlines referring to what can and cannot be shipped, in what kind of container. Placing a live creature in a crate not marked for that purpose is illegal, and prosecutable by law..
Does this mean, had he written "live animal" on the side, he would have been ok.

Aren't the package handlers supposed to x-ray all cargo now? Shouldn't they have seen him in the crate before they put him on the plane?
I bet he shipped himself because he had that outstanding warrant and was afraid that his name would pop up in some computer and get busted as soon as he landed. Would have been a good plan (sort of?) if he had just waited 5 minutes to break out of the box.
