Hey guys, new to this forum, normally I'm over on the 48-56 group because I have a 48 Panel. We just picked up a 62 Short Bed Unibody for my son as a father/son project so I will probably be hanging out here bugging you guys for info. Here are a few pics of the old gal, it still has the 6 cylinder, not sure what size it is, and the 3 speed transmission. Engine turns over but we haven't got it to fire yet. If anyone has one laying around we are in desperate need of a steering column and shifter mechanisms. We will definitely keep you posted with progress, wish us luck!
It's not a problem. I've shipped parts to another FTE member in Maine. I've sent parts all over the US. I'll have to figure out what you need then pack it up get and get a shipping quote. , Doug.
Basically everything there except the pitman arm. Also need the clutch pivot arm attach block that bolts to the engine/bellhousing and the clutch rod that goes from the pivot arm to the clutch fork. On a positive note we got it running, the old 6 banger sounds pretty darn good too!
