panel replacements

Other than a few body panel pieces that Dennis Carpenter sells at a premium made from actual Ford dies, all the body panels are almost exclusively sourced from a single manufacturer in Asia. The presses and dies to make these parts are gargantuan machines that are millions of dollars a piece.
I have watched certain panels for these trucks go obsolete and every single possible supplier immediately goes to out of stock. This would not be the case if there were multiple companies out there with tens of millions of dollars tied up in all their own stamping presses and dies.
Either order from any online vendor or even local auto paint stores will sometimes buy panels for you as well. Do whatever is cheaper.
