Here it is with the 600 and old crusty air cleaner.
I did do a vacuum check and compression test among the tuning and seem to pull 22-23" of vacuum and 175psi on 2cyl with the rest being 170ish. My recurved distributor seemed to be the cause of it being lazy. I'm probably gonna be sending it back to be looked at since my factory unknown distributor works much better.
One thing that kinda sucked was I had found a new pair of Ford aluminum covers for $60 never used and hoped to use them. Turns out they don't clear the booster. Oh well....they at least looked pretty on my trailer.
Pay no attention to the random 76 F100 bumper under the tree...it's headed to meet its maker soon
So with the rear sump pan and matching side of the pan dip stick, you know you can pull the front dip stick and plug the front dip stick hole.
That front dipstick is no longer a dipstick. With a rear sump they hit the pan so I cut it off for now.
This all kinda got rushed along since we're heading to the hospital today for a induced delivery of our first kid. The whole swap took longer than expected from a couple issues.
