Fuel Economy in 7.3 IDI vs. Powerstroke

The best ever managed in old green was 24. Only got that once- was headed back from Corpus and it was ~ 50* out, so not using the A/C and there was about 40mph wind out of the north pushing me. The scenario could not have been any more perfect to maximize MPG. Other than that time, it is 15-17 on average.
