Sure about that? In the past I have had more than 1 conversation with officers about headlights.

I'm sick and tired of blinding DOT compliant lights put on vehicles at the factory. Our government mandates lights on 4 wheeled vehicles that intentionally shine glaring light into the eyes of other drivers.
