Still working on my 51 (metalwork), but have started collecting parts I am missing.

I have having a hard time locating the inside door handle shaft assembly. I have searched this forum and all the normal parts places and came up short. I can find the one for a 53+, but not for a 51.

Are these parts being reproduced or will the 53 version work, Any help would be greatly appreciated.
