Interior lights not working

Interior lights not working
New member. 1995 XLT 84500 miles 5.0 V8, 4-spd auto, regular cab, long bed, 2WD.
The courtesy, dome, vanity and electrochromic mirror does not work. I switched out the bulb in the dome light. I have replaced the fuse. Instrument lights work fine.
Future issues to tackle but focusing on lights right now:
1) Auto locks not working. Suspect its driver side actuator.
2) Headliner starting to sag.
3) Lumbar seats not working but motor makes sound when button pressed.
4) Replace running boards. Passenger side broken. Parts arrived today.
5) Replace A/C coolant.
Not much of a mechanic but its a 22 year old truck that I've owned for 17 of those years so I'm looking at getting it back into shape as a learning experience. I'm getting my young kids ages 8 to 13 to "help" so they can build some confidence doing things for themselves.
I've used some of the guides cleaning/fixing intermittent windshield wipers. Cleaned MAF. Replaced broken instrument bezel and some interior trim. Replaced rear speakers.
