Accessory Control Unit Issue...
My 2017 Platty developed some weird anomalies as of late; Cameras not activating, seat adjustments prompting "massage off seat adjustments restored" notification without having the massage on, and a few other types of weirdness. Went in for and oil change and to have the system "re flashed/updated".
When they attempted an update the ACU wouldn't program. They ordered a new ACU that was supposed to arrive the next day. I was then notified that none of the new ACUs would accept a reprogram either. They are contacting Ford for further information and a fix for faulty ACUs. FYI
