This problem just started say 800 miles ago
I have 3,800 miles on truck
For what ever reason every time when I turn on ignition I get a display showing all four tires with pressure all over 60psi and have to press ok to get rid of display.
There also is a little tire icon warning on the bottom that stays on all the time.
How do I stop having to press ok every time I get into the truck?
Thanks
TPMS is telling you that one or more of your tires is at 60#.
To start with,
What are your tires inflated to?
When you select the TPMS display, does it indicate 60# on one or more tires?
Air them to the spec on the driver's door jam, drive a couple of miles, and your problem will be gone. If you've aired them down for a better unloaded ride, check the Forscan page on this forum. You can set the pressure for the alarm using this app.
I did look at the door jam and it has 60 psi front and 80 rear
Where is this forscan at and how do I use it?
I did lower the psi in the rear for a better unloaded ride.
I found the Forescan info looks like you have to have a portable PC with blue tooth all I have is a I pad
Does this mean I have to go to the dealer and get this done?
Thanks
I run 55 front and 50 rear. TPMS light is on all the time. If you look, it's telling you the rear tires are too low. I hit "OK" after I start it and drive away.
There is a thread in this forum regarding forscan. Do a search and you'll have plenty of reading for weeks...
250 will have lower settings than a 350. So, air that one tire up from 59 to 62 cold. Match the front. I am running 67 front, 75 rear on my 350. I would also eventually like the Forscan app so I can I adjust down. I tried and the dealer won't do it for us.
I'm looking at the screen cold tires
Tire low
59 61 front
60 59 rear
Psi

I suspect the problem is that your truck's TPMS "thinks" the rear tire pressures are too low; you may be able to get away with 65 psi. Once you air up, you'll need to drive around for a few minutes to get activate the sensors and allow the TPMS to take new readings.
You dealer may or may not be willing to change your truck's TPMS settings. Otherwise, you'll need to go the FORscan route, perhaps with the help of a forum member in your area.
I used FORscan to drop our truck's TPMS settings from 60F/80R to 50F/60R; problem solved!

If you can get your truck within Bluetooth range of your desktop pc you can get a Bluetooth adapter for it. Another option is to get https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and use a USB "extension cord."
