Hub Question

Let's just say my front left hub is "bad" and it has a little play on my 03 7.3. Would that in anyway cause my truck to pull to the right???

What makes you think your hub is bad? Pulling can be several things.
I'd start with jacking it up grabbing each wheel 3 & 9 and then 12 & 6 and see if you have any play. Yes; could be Ball Joints. No; get an alignment and rebalance tire with rotation. Then see if problem continues.
