Seth, you have my number if you have questions. Keep in mind as said before, install the fittings on the radiator first and make sure they are indexed and the clamps click and pull hard on them. Worm clamps last.
The only coolers you have to pull are the CAC and the trans cooler. Everything else lays aside. Get a roll of flagging and flag every connection you undo (makes it a no brainer sleeping at night).
Put every bolt into a piece of cardboard as to it's home so you can write on it, there's alot.
I took pictures of each removal so I could re-reference my mind if I had a brain fart.
It truly isn't a hard job as it is time consuming and checking every step of your work.
I would also offer as said, buy 12 gallons of distilled water. Use the first eight after your done to refill, run it hard for a day and check for leaks. Drain it if satisfied and then add your 50/50 with the other four. Don't reuse the old as you just flushed the system. Get it on the ground and no worries.
Get a upholstery fork/door panel plastic plug removal tool, ( Looks like a screw driver with a bent crows foot on the end of it, get a 12 inch if available, worth every inch of 4 bucks just to keep everything sanitary and you'll need it for most everything your doing except the hoses etc.
Be patient with the lower hose removal, still alot of freeze in there. Undo a clamp and have a horse trough under it.
I pulled the pass forward screws out of the wheel liner so I could bend it out of the way (they're flexible) to gain access to the upper hose clamp. Saves alot of blood.
Other than that it's pretty straight forward. Don't use air tools. If you do, you suffa!
Good luck brother. Call with questions!
Denny
