I have access to a c notch kit for a 53 to 56 F100. It would save me a lot of fab work if it was close enough to fit with a little stretching, bending, and cutting.....

Also I like the 3 bend look vs the box I was planning on using.

 

 

No takers? I think I'm just going to risk it and buy the kit.

 

In case anyone is interested, I bought a c notch kit for '53 to '56 from Classic Performance Parts via eBay. Haven't installed it yet but it fits my '58 like a glove. Here are a few pics.

I may try one of those CPP kits. I am interested in seeing it installed. Carry on!

 

Good info. I buy flat stock 6" wide and 10' long and just cut it to suit, make bends and done. Many ways to do a C-Notch for sure.
