headers-exhaust system

i need some help fast, i have a 1995 f-150 4x4 ext cab 5.8 i am having the motor and trans rebuilt,i went out and bought hedman long tube headers,they are ceramic coated and they have no bung for the 02 sensor or for the egr, can these be welded on,

Yes, I actually used some "help" spark plug (no) foulers for the bungs.

dont worry about the O2 hookup on the headers, i would just put it on down the pipe.
