Yes, I recall you need to remove the calipers and disc's to get at those rear brake pads and the linkage to the brake cable end. I could only find this pic of adjusting wheel on the rear e-brakes.
If they rusted away, might want to check the brake lines too.
Thanks Sean. I replaced the e-brakes about a 1 1/2 year ago when I serviced the rear axle. I was hoping I wouldnt have to remove everything again. Oh well should have replaced the cables then. I have been looking for replacement cables and seems like there are 3 pieces and can only find 2 the front and one side. I will keep looking. Thanks again.
