Fuel tanks

I have a 1989 F250 Lariat XLT w/ 2 fuel tanks. Both read correct amounts of fuel on the gauge, however, when I switch to the rear tank, the fuel does not feed from that tank. Any Ideas?

Fuel tanks

With the key off, switch the selector to that tank and turn the key on. Can you hear the pump? If not then it may be the relay.
