Just use the "http://" button that appears above the body of the post you are typing.
-Highlight and copy the address you wish to link to
-in your post hit the http button
-type in the word that yoiu wish to use as the hyperlink, hit OK
-then paste the address into the box that pops up, hit OK
Give it a try.

instead of "text" you can put an image, by using a href= "the name of a web site" next line img src= "where the image is located"
