C6 tranny Question
It was 1991 for the last year, I've got one in my F-250.

C6 tranny Question
1996 was the last year for the C6 in an F250. Or, at least there are "calibrations" for a C6 in '96. In it's last years, the C6 might have been a rare, special order only item. I've heard that fleet operators (UHaul, FedEx, etc.) wanted it instead of the E4OD.

Well, I'll be darned, you're right. I just looked up the ECM calibrations and the C6 was available in '96 for only the 300's and 351's.

C6 tranny Question
The C6 was available up to and including 1996, but was VERY strictly ordered. I've heard it wasn't available in California, and was only available in HEAVY duty applications.
