Friendly reminder that this awesomeness will be happening the second weekend of September.

Beach Barons' Rod Run to the End of the World. It's like $5 or something like that to get in, tons of cars, and an entire cruise route that everybody drives on Sunday before heading out of town. We just park on the side of the road and watch rods drive by for hours. Great fun.

How is the traffic coming back towards Seattle?

Sounds like a killer time though.

 

We always tow back Monday. Never noticed traffic being any worse than usual on that day, but you usually get to follow some of the hot rods home, which is always fun.

 

Typically traffics not terrible, just have a little patience.

Unfortunately I get to miss it again and I'm just down the road. What's it been like 6 years I haven't been home for it?

Anita's and Berry Patch are the only restaurants in Ocean Park now, Full Circle was closed when I was there 2 weeks ago, didn't get a chance to read the sign. Berry patch does not take credit or debit cards, cash or check only and no breakfast after 11:00 AM. Anita's has breakfast all day and does take cards. There's also TUTU's lunch wagon around the corner from Lighthouse Realty 2 blocks south of the stop sign.

Oh and please support George by getting stuck out on the beach, he makes tons when the tourist are there. Even his brothers get stuck and gotta call him to come and tow them out.
