I called CSX and spoke with customer support since my railcar was telling me the same info for 4 days no bill, and she told me the railcar would leave KTP tonight and arrive in the Lordstown Ohio railyard tomorrow evening at 6:30 from ther 1.5 hours to delivery. so Tuesday most likely
I got a new print out from my dealer today. and it shows a different trucking company transporting to the dealer Contacts | Moore Transport. and the guy I spoke with at the Lordstwon yard was a nice guy. he told me he would do his best to get my truck to the dealer by end of the day tomorrow. so the end is in site.
Glad to hear that. Mine is sitting in VA, after being unloaded last Thursday morning. I can't believe they can't get it on a truck. How did you find a guy at lordstown to talk to?
called the number below and selected option 1 then it went thru a list of yards and I picked lordstown and he answered and asked if they had an automated tracking he then checked on my VIN and told me it was in the yard and we talked about the truck and he told me he would do his best to get it there tomorrow end of day

if you call try to just ask about automated way to check and let them offer to help you. I was asking for an automated waay to check and he said they do but offered to look it up
That's pretty cool they arevsrnding you pictures of the history. Mine went Norfolk Southern so I will try that. I deal with freight companies every day and loads are moved from the same area where the rail yard is to us in 4 hrs.
Update. I talked to the trucking company and it is loaded and will head for the dealer around 5pm. Dispatcher said the dealer is a night drop so it will be after 10pm tonight waiting for them tomorrow morning. I talked to the salesman this morning and he says he can get it detailed and ready for delivery fairly quickly. I am anticipating picking it up tomorrow night.

Reason: updated info
My truck was delivered to dealer yesterday: Ordered 8/15, Built 9/06, Delivered 9/18.
I ordered same day as you. Went into build on 9-8. Due to be delivered on 9-22 according to Cotus. Original due date was 10-2 until yesterday when it changed to 9-22. Hope it comes! Have a camping trip on the 28th!
Congrats Wnt, I ordered 7/22 (I have no idea why so long to get vin) built 9/9 hopefully delivered tonight. Ncl mine changed when they loaded on the train to 9/16 to 9/20 and they are inn the window.
Looking good! Congrats! I could not wait until Saturday for mine - I picked her up today as soon as I got the call. ;-)
What mods do you have planned?
not a lot truck is for towing my 5th wheel. purchasing Tskinz liquid chrome front and rear. vent shades and was looking for Caribou colored mud flaps if not just going with black. I used to do all the lifts and big tires on my trucks, but to old to worry about now just want a nice truck to pull my RV in comfort
Hey y'all. I'm happy for everyone else whose builds seem to be moving along. Mine is beginning to frustrate me.
Ordered 8/5 from a dealer in central Ohio, VIN 8/24, WS on 8/29, built 9/12 (according to ETIS), but has been stuck there for over a week. WS date updated on 9/15 to 9/15 for some reason but I don't know what for.
It's an F350 so no COTUS. When I check PALSAPP all I get is 'Pending' with '-' and 'null' respectively for Destination and Destination Name. Ford Chat as of 9/19 told me it was 'awaiting transit' but I don't know if that is TO the spray-liner place, or FROM going to the dealer, or maybe stuck in a rail yard somewhere. My dealer was great to work with in person but has been less than helpful with getting tracking information since so getting rail car info etc will likely not happen.
Any ideas from the group as to why my truck seems to be stuck? Or what options I might have to track it? It really was easier to wait before it was built, now my mind is beginning to swirl with all the things that could be going wrong...
