my estimated delivery date came back late yesterday, it disappeared last thursday as well, but is now for 9/27, where as it was 9/24 when it first was posted

 

once I see it change on cooper site I will contact my dealer to get railcar info

 

Delivery changed to 9/27 shortly after build and now is listed as 9/21. My WS also states "Convoy", does that mean entire trip is by truck and not rail?

 

Once the truck is built the picture gets clearer. Mine was scheduled for build 9/9 with eta of 9/26-10/3. Truck was built on the 9th transported to shelbyville mixing yard by cooper and signed for there on the 11th. I now have an eta of 9/16-9/20.
I think the date range is because there is an open schedule for the trains running to the auto rail head close to the destination. I live in NC and am told the train will go to VA and then be trucked back.

Convoy does not mean it will make the whole trip by truck.

 

yes mine says Rail but it goes to Ohio then by truck to Pittsburgh I think the Convoy is how it ends in the rail yard Mine is starting in the rail yard at KTP

 

Interesting when I look at the Cooper site and put in my vin it shows my truck and four others delivered to Shelbyville including a f550 and signed for. I just assumed all the trucks would follow the same path.

salesman texted me he will get my rail car number tomorrow. I dont know why but Norfolk Southern sticks in my memory. Other posts say CSX does all the East so I dont know.

I did last friday since there was no change in cotus since that thursday. My sales guy said he can only see same thing. This thursday will be two weeks showing In transit and palsap showing destination of GFX as pending.
I keep hoping It was going to arrive earlier then later...9/26 will be 8 weeks from order to the day so 9/27 isnt bad. Im just excited and impatient.
Not only is this my first time ordering a vehicle, its the first ever brand new vehicle I have purchased.

 

I also place an order for a 2017 F350 CCSB Lariat 4x4 around the same date. Ordered on the 08-05. I just received my VIN last Friday from the dealer but can't get much other info. How are you guys finding out the production date? ship date? and delivery date?
