I used to have a 97 f-350 and now I have a 94 Prepowerstroke IDI I thought
they both had Dana 60 front differentials. What is the difference?I was told the 94 was stronger.
This is similar to the front differential I saw on the 95 f-350 I was comparing my 94 f-350 to is this a Dana 50 and did they also come stock in 95 and
newer f-350's or did it likelycome out of a f-250?
Also I read in another thread someone had 411 rearendgears and 377 front end gears wouldn't that tear up one or the other? I know they cannot be the same ratio bu t I thought front ratio on a 411 would have a 410 in the front?
4.11 and 3.73 gears would destroy a transfer case.
gear ratios have to be the same or 1-2 numbers off.
4.11 rear would have either 4.11, 4.10, or 4.09 front.
