I have an 03 Expy 4.6, about a month ago I noticed my battery light flickering, and receiving check charging system message, a couple days later coming home from work it just died on me, luckily I was in a parking lot at the time, no sputtering or anything just shut off, but restarted immediately after that, by the time I got home just about everything electrical had shut down, I suspected the alternator, but it tested good, but the battery was bad, after doing some research I found a TSB from Ford with the same symptoms about the wire harness, so I replaced the battry and the altern. wire harness, but still have the battery light and check charging system message. Also in the TSB it said to have the PCM reprog'd, would having it reprogrammed fix this issue, any help would be greatly appreciated.
