Ford F3 bed

Hey group, I think Bobby answered my question from a precious question he answered, but I wanted to say hi. My question was going to be the bed size difference between a Ford F1 and a Ford F3 pickup. I was lucky enough to get my Grandad's 1949 Ford F3 pickup a few years ago. Unfortunately, I got hit by a car while walking across th street in Alabama. Needless to say, I'm lucky to be alive I guess I was in a coma for 5 months with 2 broken legs, back, and head! I put a flathead V8 239 engine in my pickup. It had a straight 6 engine in it before. I will probably be asking questions from time to time. Court.

Wow, I'm glad that you are still with us.

On the bed question, the F2/3 version is longer and wider than the F1. The F1 is 6.5 feet long compared to the 8 foot express bed on the bigger brothers. The widths are: F1 49", F2/3 54" (48" between the wheel wells).
