I purchased and use (daily) the Weathertech TechShade Sun Shade. It's hard for me to imagine a better sun shade.
It fits the windshield perfectly. It's easy to put up and take down. The edges tuck up the sides (A pillars) and across the top of the windshield - simply press into place and the shade blocks the sun protecting the interior of your Raptor.
Note: I have the BlendMount radar detector installed and I can tuck the shade around the bracket easily.
Just got the Covercraft one last week for my new F250 CCSB Lariat. The AutoAnything folks had a $10 off sun shades sales so it lessened the pain a bit. The thing fits well and is reversible so you can have a black surface facing out in winter to warm the truck.
Ive gotten to the point that I leave the Weather Tech's in the rear window AND the rear/side doors (we're empty nesters), they fit so well they DONT fall out of the door windows or even the rear window.

My HeatShield (not much different from the one pictured above) rolls out easily and I have the 2 bucket seats w/console. It is not that far to reach the other side when rolling out to install.
I have to add that HeatShield is replacing mine due the 'banding' pulling off around one of the corners. I emailed them about the issue yesterday, and they are sending a new one to me as a replacement.
I like when a company stands behind their product.
