Vacuum lines

Any one know if I can run my transmission and brake booster on the same vacuum line?

maybe put engine and tranny type and year

I think the engine is a 67 352 FE block and the trans is a C6

Yes no problem, but make sure there is an inline one way check valve on the brake booster circuit.
