Wheezing power steering
When I'm on the road mostly driving around town in my '94 4.0 Ranger, a noise that sounds like I'm trying to go beyond the edge of the steering travel emanates from under the hood. This almost always happens when I'm barely even touching the wheel. Any thoughts as to what's up?

Wheezing power steering
My truck does this also. Has the sound of a pump thats low on PS fluid, but there's no added resistance with turning the wheel or anything. My sisters 2003 edge, with the same engine is perfectly quiet. My PS fluid is clean and at the right level.
