Can't steer!!!

Can't steer!!!

I get like 0 power steering when I'm trying to park or not moving. Is my best bet to start with the lower steering shaft, or the pump??

That doesn't sound like the lower shaft.

Simple things first. How is your power steering fluid? Is there any there? I agree that doesn't sound like a shaft.

Oh it's full. I started with a PS flush, and cleaning and greasing the shaft ujoint

Check PS pump pulley. Take tension off drive belt and turn pulley to check on slow speed pump action. It should turn easily but there should be some feel or sound of pump action. Is drive belt in good condition? Pump might be worn out and not working well at low speed. Put trans in Park and run engine up to 2000 RPM to see if pump action improves - I think that will tell the tale.
