Does it exist?
Ok, I am going to be in the market for a truck in the spring, and what I really want is a 73-79 F-250/350 Crew Cab, Dually, 4x4, Manual Trans, 460. Did Ford make such a thing from the factory, or would I need to configure one this way myself?

There were no DRW (Dual Rear Wheel) pickups available until 1980 and then were only available as Styleside F350's.
Regardless of where they were sold new, all 1973/79 F250/350 Crew Cabs were assembled in Oakville Ontario Canada.
btw: September 16, 2017: FTE's OK Chapter is having a GTG in Skiatook.

F250 CC yes, in a 2wd or 4wd yes, dually NO, manual trans yes, 460 in a 2wd F250 yes, 4wd NO factory till 1983.
"460 WAS not available (FROM THE FACTORY) with 4WD or a Manual Trans until 1983, then only in F250/350's / No 460's available in F100's after 1976, F150's after 1979 (CA:1978), Passenger Cars after 1978 / No 460's available in 1980/82 F250/350's, E250/350's only.

Cool, thanks for the info. I wanted to make sure I'm not scouring ads for a unicorn and passing up a good starting point.
Yeah, I really miss the '03, but I must say keeping a Powerstroke on the road is not something I miss. That said, the torque was intoxicating.
