What is the centricon system? Never heard that. But yes, we have termites here to. Lots of them. It is normal here to have that inspection. My neighbor just sold his house and they are going to sack it today or tomorrow! Smart man, are fuel is now over $5.15/9 for regular gas. Diesel around $5.39/9 cheapest I have found here around the house. Wasn't for the grand kids and my son, we would be long gone!

Is that where they pump pesticide into the house through a single port on the outside of the house? The new house in Henderson has that too. I suspect it is more for snakes and scorpions though.

did some research on Termites and my location, they are not predominant here, usually only show up when you receive contaminated lumber or furniture.

I'm in NC. Almost slap dab in the middle. In Statesville. Not far from 77/40 intersection.

That's the stuff. Sorry for the misspelling. Installation of the system around my big shop and our 1 car garage was about $300. The house already had it when we moved in. Our yearly contract including rebaiting the traps is like another 300 a year but if a trap gets damaged they replace it and there is a guarantee (with fine print). I think it is worth it in these parts. When we had a mortgage termite protection was required.

Been through there many times. Mom lives in SC. I’m no stranger to I-77.

If I can remember I’ll try to give you some warning next time we’re passing through. Maybe grab a burger and check out your truck. All while my wife is rolling her eyes and asking if I’m ready to go yet. 😂

On second thought, we’re usually pretty anxious to get through the mooresville and charlotte area. Man that traffic can be bad!

My truck actually came from Asheville. Long drive down and back to get it some 12(?) years ago.

Mooresville to Charlotte is horrible. I try not to go that way. I'm about 1.5 miles off exit 45 on 77.

Almost always wrecks or near misses along the way. Please let me know of any secret bypass route!

I’m familiar but not enough to know exit numbers. I’ll have to look that up on the map.
