2wheel Conversion

Anyone know if it is possible to convert an 83 Ford 3/4 ton 2 wheel drive to a 4 wheel drive???????

Yep....it's bolt on. Just go out and buy yourself a 4x4 junker truck and bolt it onto yours. It's (in MOST cases) easier and usually cheaper to just buy a 4x4 truck though.

it's just a bolt on swap for the 1/2 ton trucks. As for the F250 and 350 trucks the Frame's aren't dempled on the front for the leaf sprung fronts perches. If your not goin g to use the 4wd for offroad use. But just to have 4wd in case ya need it. you can bolt up a 1/2 ton ttb D44 then do a 8 lug hub swap. IMO it'd be easier to buy a f250 or 350 that is 4wd, Unless you wanna do alot of fab work to mount the leaf sprung front.
