Well it's not really a blank spot, it's half there. I really just want to know if there's a fairly easy way to put a prong in it so I could throw a fuse in and see what happens. Thanks.
That fuse must not be powering anything else. Note it just says "HEATER" and the fuse below that spot lists multiple circuits. Looks like there was never a clip and fuse there. Like the truck didn't come with a heater. Why do you want one there? What isn't working? Aftermarket add on heater or A/C?

That may be right. I'm pretty sure the heater works, although I haven't tried it in a couple years. It came with I believe a dealer add on A.C unit, the one with the small storage compartment, so maybe it's just wired to another fuse because I know that works. I'll look into it more when I get back into town.
