Airbag light, no blinks

Airbag light, no blinks
2013 F250 6.2, 71500 miles


Airbag light comes on and stays on steadily, no blinks so that I can read the code. Any ideas before I make the dreaded trip to the dealer?

Check the fuse first for the easy fix.

Yes, buy a scan tool that will read airbag codes. It'll be less than what the dealer charges and you'll have the scan tool for next time.

I think autozone might read codes for free too. Still a pain though. I wish the thing would just blink like it's supposed to

Checked the fuses, none blown related to the airbag.
