I've looked at the local parts stores for a drag link for my 85 f-250 with the 6.9 2x4. I've found some but they all say 4x4. Would the drag link for a 4x4 be the same as one for a 2x4
Interesting... you're right. But they show RWD and 4x4 for my '88 F250, and they are different than whats showing as 4x4 for an '85...
Funny thing is all the '85 4x4 ones look similar to the '88 RWD ones, but have a different part number and the '88 ones have the keeper thing on the end to hold the sleeve. I wonder if thats the only difference? Have you compared the one on your truck to the pictures?
