Removing the F350 Headlight Switch Assembly
Does anyone know how to remove the headlight/dimmer switch assembly from an 2001 F350. ? I need to get it out to connect to the dimmer for some new gauges. Thanks in advance

On my 99 I thing you turn it and pull dont remember which way.
I did the same with my gauges it just poped out when I turned it and pulled.

I haven't looked at that part but I bought a cd from FixitCDs.com It is very thorough and has Ford Customer Service logo on the label. If you want one you can go to their website or email@fixitcds.com Jason Sparks has answered every one of my questions. I plan on buying a complete set for 1994 up Ford and Chevy trucks and cars for ~$60. Each cd covers one year and all models trucks. So you have info on PSD, V8, V10, F150, Ranger, E series, and F350. If you just need little bits, I can look it up. References are very useful if you keep the truck and don't mind saving money by working on it yourself. My cd was delivered within 48 hours.
